Chef et formateur en restauration renommé aux États-Unis qui a réussi dans la réorganisation de nombreux établissements et a accueilli les présidents Américains Carter et Ford, les princes héritiers de Jordanie et d’Arabie Saoudite, et d’autres personnalités  internationaux.  Professeur associé à des coles au Maroc, aux États-Unis, et au Liban.

As a leading chef and hospitality consultant in the U.S., was instrumental in turning around many losing operations and served U.S. presidents Ford and Carter, crown princes of Jordan and Saudi Arabia, as well as many dignitaries and international stars.  Professor at various  schools in Morocco, the U.S.A., and Lebanon.

Como chef y consultante lider en los Estados Unidos, ha tenido éxito en la reorganización de muchos establecimientos perdedores y ha servido a los presidentes americanos Carter y Ford, los principes heredares de Jordania y Arabia Saudita, y otros personajes internacionales.  Profesor asociado a institutos en Marruecos, los Estados Unidos, y Lebano.
